Return & Exchange Policy – LEF ABAYA
At LEF ABAYA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our approved return and exchange policy below:
First: Ready-Made Abayas (Without Any Alteration or Adjustment)
• Customers are entitled to request an exchange or return within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The abaya must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, while maintaining the original packaging and invoice.
Second: Altered or Tailor-Made Abayas
• Abayas that have been altered or tailored according to the customer’s measurements are not eligible for exchange or return.
• An exception applies if the final measurements do not match the measurements provided by the customer. In this case, the customer is entitled to request an exchange or return.
